Yeoh Oon Lai has built a career in commercial retail and entertainment across a highly productive 20-year career. As Co-Chief Executive Officer of DUET Acquisition Corp., he brings over two decades of deep strategic and operational experience in the consumer industry after a stellar track record in commercial leadership and extensive multi-category, multi-format, and channel experience in various C-level roles.
An ASEAN scholar during his early education in Singapore, Yeoh earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
His career began with Fossil Time Malaysia (Country Head and Managing Director) then served FJ Benjamin (M) as the Chief Executive Officer during which time he spearheaded the launch of Superdry in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia (as SEA Superdry head). Prior to DUET, he served as Chief Executive Officer of TGV Cinemas. During his tenure, TGV Cinemas attained its higher levels of revenue and profitability, whilst accelerating a transformative digital and technology strategy.

With a strong consulting pedigree across a 22-year tenure in digital businesses, Dharmendra Magasvaran is a digital thought leader driving the latest thinking across digital transformation and omnichannel commerce on the back of an extensive track record in creating value from digital and data disruption.
A First-Class Information Systems Engineering graduate from Imperial College in 1999, Dharmendra began his career in the digital sphere in various roles with Accenture, becoming a managing director in 12 short years since joining.
Notable client successes include helping one of the largest coffee retailers “think and go” digital, and rejuvenated an airlines digital sales and servicing ecosystem and launched South East Asia’s first digital tv proposition. In 2017, he became a partner for Deloitte Digital South East Asia (SEA) and a Digital Leader within the Deloitte Consulting SEA firm. A digital coach to senior business leaders throughout his career, Dharmendra helped a corporate bank launch an open API banking as a service platform, supporting a healthcare provider embark on a digital transformation journey and helping an industrial products company extend its reach via digital marketing and commerce capabilities, prior to joining DUET.
Chief Financial Officer
Highly experienced in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance throughout a 30-year career, Lee Keat Hin joined DUET with a track record of helping turnaround ailing businesses and listed companies.
A Chartered Accountant with a First Class Honours Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from University of Malaya, Lee served in various merger and acquisition projects including LSK Corporation Berhad, Tai Wah Garments Berhad, Pan Pacific Asia Berhad and Cygal Holdings Berhad with Proactive Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. Proactive Consultancy is a private M&A boutique consulting firm he founded himself in 1995.
His early successes in M&A consultancy had led to him leading the Ho Hup Construction Company Bhd in a business turnaround, resulting in his appointment as their Director of Corporate Services. Other similar feats include Straits Inter Logistics Bhd, and Omesti Bhd. Currently the Project Director to Hualang Renewable Energy Sdn Bhd, a private company overseeing the acquisition of targeted businesses in the renewable energy sector, Lee brings decades of business acumen and wisdom to DUET.
